HO HO HO

LET IT GO

LET IT GO

LET IT GO...

"To have what we truly want, we need to first let go of everything we don't want... self-imposed limits, constrictions, social conditioning, learned helplessness, beliefs that no longer serve us. In the space and clarity that remain, we will experience all the abundance that life has to offer us in the present moment. We will realize we are in the flow of pure abundance and always have been."

Tonight! See you Zen.

  4. Jana, Detachment is not always immediate. Our pain and grief needs to be processed/dealt with -- "feelings buried alive never die". Talk and express your emotions/feelings -- cry if you want to! There is a "season" for all things: "A time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn and a time to dance." Ecclesiastes 3:4,5. Then, you will be able to detach and your peace (and joy) will be complete. Thinking of and loving you.
