
Rise.
Bring your feet together at the top of your mat in Mountain Pose.
Join your palms together at your heart.
Pause... Take this moment to be grateful for someone in your life.
Inhale and extend your hands out to the side and up. Reach up and gaze up.
Exhale. Fold forward, grounding yourself.
Inhale to a long spine.
Exhale, step back to plank pose and lower to your knees, chest and chin. Inhale and glide forward into Cobra Pose or Upward Facing Dog.
Exhale to Downward Facing Dog. BREATHE for 5 full rounds of breath.
Inhale and gaze up between your hands. Walk your feet up between your hands.
Exhale fold forward.
Inhale extend your hands out to the side and up rising up in freedom.
Exhale hands to the heart. Be Present.
Repeat 4 more times. ( Every day until we meet! ) See you soon!
